Naturlab-Shop.com is a platform dedicated to the sale of groceries, organic products and artisanal products.
The founder of Naturlab-Shop, Ludovic Martello, decided several years ago to leave his comfort zone and travel. During this trip, he met Aimé Caillol, a 75-year-old purebred Provencal with a strong character. Aimé makes him rediscover life in contact with nature, its pleasures, its disappointments and its rules.
Following this meeting, he decided to create his product range by taking over the exploitation of the Domaine des Oliviers located in the south of France between Aix-en-Provence and Cassis.
He created his white wine, his rosé wine, his honeys and his olive oil.

A problem then arose : “How am I going to sell my production? ".
After a series of unsuccessful collaborations with unreliable intermediaries AND determined not to place its products in “classic” food networks such as supermarkets and others, Ludovic decided to create his distribution model.
This platform was built thanks to people, human beings who want to live and consume differently without isolating themselves and without forgetting the world in which we live.
Naturlab-Shop.com removes all intermediaries, this allows you to buy your products at the right price. This notion of a fair price allows producers a fair remuneration that meets their expectations.
Naturlab-Shop does not stock the merchandise, which avoids additional storage costs.
The distribution is done directly from the producer to the consumers. The prices offered on the platform are the prices set by the cooperators themselves.
No margin is taken by Naturlab-Shop.
Naturlab-Shop.com guarantees our cooperators regular payment.
Naturlab-Shop.com guarantees its customers a full refund of the product, if it does not correspond to the initial request.
For the logistics part, we have teamed up with a partner who guarantees our customers and our producers flawless logistics.
We work with DHL, this company allows you to have a logistics operator whose reputation is well established.
DHL covers all four corners of the globe, which allows us to bring you products from all over the world.
Beyond the "web shop" aspect, we impose 3 OBLIGATIONS on our members:
- To present the place where they grow and / or produce.
- To present who they are, their philosophies, their stories.
- To present the product; the result of their hard work.
We are convinced that the quality of a product is linked to the interaction of these 3 points.
How does the site work ?
Naturlab-Shop imposes a “shelving” price per reference. The flat rate of € 90.00 per product allows you to be present on the site for 6 months.
The renewal of your subscription is not automatic, you will be notified when your subscriptions expire.
The funds collected by the Naturlab-Shop platform are entirely donated to its operation and development.
We operate as a non-profit association, there is no enrichment of the owners of Naturlab-Shop through the cooperative.
All funds are returned to the following segments:
- In marketing and communication in order to promote the sale of the products of our cooperators
- In the administrative management of the platform
- In supporting our cooperators, by investing with them, in the development of their activities.
